Over 6-8 weeks, we assess your operations strategy by applying external performance benchmarks, comparing your business processes to best practice, and deploying the diagnostics version of our suite to your data. We also test your digital readiness. The output is your Operations strategy, including how digital fits in, plus an initial road map to get started.
Together with your Operations and Finance teams, we create the business case for digital operations. The output focuses on comparing the expected business improvement - for example reduced disruption costs, improved on-time performance, and higher utilisation - against the required investments.
